The ResMed AirSense™ 11 AutoSet with HumidAir automatically adjusts pressure levels based on your breathing patterns throughout the night. A crisp, color LCD touchscreen lets you customize the device’s settings and view sleep data. The machine includes an integrated, heated humidifier and ClimateLineAir heated tubing. Chose between the standard HumidAir™ model (tubing not included) or HumidAir™ model with ClimateLineAir™ 11 tube included.

How do I adjust the comfort features – humidity and ramp time – on my AirSense 11?

How to access your comfort settings on the AirSense 11:

On your AirSense 11 machine, use the touchscreen to go to My Options to see your current settings. From here, you can personalize your options.

Humidity LevelThe humidifier moistens the air and is designed to make your therapy more comfortable. With the Climate Control Auto setting, both temperature and humidity are automatically preset at levels designed for maximum comfort. If you have a ClimateLineAir™ heated tube, all you have to do is plug it in and press Start. Note: ClimateLineAir heated tubing is required to use Climate Control Auto.

You can also manually set the Humidity Level to Off or between 1 and 8, where 1 is the lowest humidity setting and 8 is the highest humidity setting.

If you’re getting a dry nose or mouth, turn up the humidity. If you’re getting any moisture in your mask, turn down the humidity.

How to adjust humidity:In My Options, select Humidity Level. Scroll and select the desired humidity level.

Ramp TimeRamp Time is the period during which the pressure increases from a low start airflow pressure to your prescribed treatment pressure. You can set your Ramp Time to Off, from 5 to 45 minutes or Auto. When Ramp Time is set to Auto, the device will detect when you have fallen asleep and then gradually increase to the prescribed treatment pressure.

How to adjust Ramp Time:In My Options, select Ramp Time and adjust to your preferred setting.

How do I connect the myAir app to my AirSense 11 machine?

Make sure that Bluetooth® is enabled on your smartphone and then log in to the myAir app and follow the prompts to connect to the AirSense 11 machine. If you don’t see the four-digit key on the AirSense 11 screen, go to the Home menu and tap +More, and then tap myAir.

How loud is the ResMed AirSense 11?

AirSense 11 operates at sound levels of about 27 dBA during sleep therapy operation which in comparison to other CPAP machines, can be considered to be very quiet.

Can I use the AirSense 11 without water?

Yes, the machine can work without water in the humidifier water chamber but you'll need to turn the humidification feature off in the "My Options" menu and insert the empty water chamber into the machine.

Do I need to change my CPAP water daily?

Yes. You must refill your humidification water chamber daily with distilled water and this is recommended not only for proper maintenance of your device but for overall health as well as overused water can breed microorganisms which can in turn, make you sick.

Do I need a prescription to buy an AirSense 11?

Yes, you need a valid prescription to purchase the AirSense 11. If you don't already have one, don't worry - we can help. After you place your order, we will connect you with our third-party independent network of board-certified sleep providers for a complimentary consultation to obtain your prescription.

What Is automatic positive air pressure?

Automatic positive air pressure, or APAP, is an alternative to traditional continuous positive air pressure (CPAP) therapy. With APAP, your machine automatically adjusts pressure delivery based on your breathing patterns throughout the night, allowing you to inhale and exhale more easily. For many sleepers, APAP provides a more comfortable experience compared to CPAP therapy with fixed pressure levels.

How does ClimateLineAir 11 Heated Tubing work?

ClimateLineAir 11 Heated Tubing connects your APAP machine and face mask, providing an outlet for pressurized air to flow directly into your breathing passages. The tubing contains sensors that monitor temperature and humidity, and automatically adjusts these levels to prevent dry mouth and congestion. ClimateLineAir 11 Heated Tubing is exclusively compatible with the ResMed AirSense 11.

What Is myAir Assistant?

myAir is a built-in virtual guide to help you use the ResMed AirSense 11 for the first time. You’ll follow myAir’s prompts through installation, operation, and data reporting. You can also use myAir to adjust the machine’s display.

How loud is the ResMed AirSense 11?

The ResMed AirSense 11 produces 27 decibels (dBA) of noise at maximum volume. This is on par with the noise output of other CPAP machines, and is considered “whisper-quiet.”

Can I use the ResMed AirSense 11 on an airplane?

The ResMed AirSense 11 is considered FAA-compliant, so you can use the device mid-flight. However, you should bring a letter from your doctor — some airlines require this before allowing passengers to use CPAP machines on planes. If you’re planning on a long flight, you should also request a seat near a power outlet to keep your device charged.

Life changing
Super easy to use and setup. I basically just followed the instructions and had it up and running in a few mins. I only made some minor personal changes from it's suggestions and this thing is now a total rock star. I have been tracking my sleep for several years now, and my quality of sleep changed from about 20% to over 80% over night. I also went from about 20 minutes of deep sleep a night to 90 minutes. Huge difference and I feel 100x better during the day.
